CHARACTERISTICS OF “A CASA” T2 TYPOLOGY

There was a clear intention of rebuilding the house, leveraging the characteristic of the Azorean local architecture and using the current patterns of comfort and use. An esthetic option was privileged since all furniture’s are contemporaries, but the outdoor part is still very traditional.

Tranquility rules this rural environment, each house is sealed for you to enjoy calm and privacy, with also an access for disabled people. This house disposes of a patio to carry out activities and rest. These houses are adjusted with leisure equipment either inside and outside.

This is a T2 typology house with approximately 47.13m², built in 2015 and with a standard host for 4 persons adequate for children, seniors and disabled people.

The exterior of the house has a traditional appearance, with ocean view and a contemporaneous countryside with a kitchen and a living room, a bathroom with access for disabled patients, two bedrooms, an outside with barbecue, easy parking and a little garden.

The house enjoys of Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, safe box, several games, a mini library, warming and more basic equipment.

The Check-in will have to be made at over 3p.m and the Check-out before 12 o’clock. If you need to make one of these operations, please do not hesitate to contact us. Costs are already including hot water, warming, breakfast, detergent for dishes washing machine, water and electricity, basic grocery items, firewood, cleaning, change of towels and sheets, taxes and Internet.

Pets are not allowed in this property and it is forbidden to smoke inside the house. The property is also equipped with a security system and smoke detector. It also owns the following characteristics:

Room 1- Composed of a double bed and a closet with slippers, wardrobe, chairs and mirror. Extra bed and a baby crib disposable in case of need and availability.

Room 2- Composed of two single beds and a closet with slippers, wardrobe and chairs. Extra bed and baby crib disposable in case of need and availability.

Kitchen- Highly equipped with dishes washing machine, microwaves, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kitchens items, oven, cooker and fume cupboard. Baby chair disposable in case of need and availability.

Bathroom- Basic hygiene goods, toilet, shower, lavatory, hairdryer and towel dryer. Baby bathtub disposable in case of need and availability.

Living Room-  Splits the space with the kitchen, equipped with a comfortable couch, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi inside the house and at nearness, mini library, local maps, guides and games.

Exterior- Patio with a barbecue area, garden, furniture and another little garden. You will find a storage room outside the house where is stored the washing machine and the drying machine, bicycles, exterior furniture and the heat pump that gives warm water for the hole property.
